On Sunday, the Cobbers had more rest but dropped a 9-1 decision against Allegheny (Pa.) in five innings and a 5-2 score line to Penn St. Brandywine.

A pair of pitchers ruled the Cobbers' doubleheader with Minn.-Morris at the St. Cloud Dome. Senior Karissa Finnigan threw a complete-game, 6-hit shutout in the opener to help CC post a 1-0 win.

Concordia jumped into the 2014 season by splitting a pair of games in the Bethany Lutheran Dome Invite at the Mankato Dome. The Cobbers fell to host Bethany Lutheran 10-4 in the opener and then posted a 9-1 win over North Central which ended after 5 innings.

Concordia Athletic Director Rachel Bergeson announced the 2023 Cobber Athletics Hall of Fame class. The quintet features a pair of All-American track and field athletes, the most dominant pitchers in program history baseball and softball and a 5-time All-MIAC 2-sport athlete.

Slyter Steps Down As Head Coach

Chad Slyter announced that he is stepping down as head coach of the Concordia softball program. Slyter recently finished his seventh season at the helm of the Cobbers. During his seven seasons, he won 74 total games and 21 in conference play.
Cobbers Close Out Season Against Cardinals

Concordia lost both games of their season-ending doubleheader at home against St. Mary’s. The Cobbers led 4-3 after five innings in the opener but then surrendered four runs in the sixth and lost 7-4, and in the second game, Concordia fell behind early, could never recover and fell 6-2.
Seniors Honored During Annual Senior Day Celebration

Concordia celebrated its six seniors during the annual Senior Celebration Day. Vanessa Ramos, Emma Redlin, Drew Syverson, Ellie Tofteland, Kate Wensloff and Molly Wilde were all honored between games of the Cobbers’ twinbill with Carleton.
