Map - Swimming pool is building #29.
The Concordia pool is a private facility and is only open to
faculty, staff, students and alumni.
The facility has a regulation-sized pool with six competition
lanes, two one-meter diving boards, sauna, locker rooms, and a
balcony for spectators.
The pool is home to the Concordia women’s swimming and
diving team. Cobber swimmers have won several individual
conference swimming titles, and one individual national
championship in diving.
The pool was built in 1975 utilizing funds raised by students,
alumni and Fargo-Moorhead community leaders in response to a
student led campaign for greater recreational opportunities.
Concordia also offers American Red Cross group swimming lessons
throughout the year.
