Bio

Betsy Olesen is in her seventh season as the top assistant for the Cobber women's soccer program. In addition to her duties on the field, Betsy is also the team's administrator for day-to-day and travel arrangements.

Betsy was a standout player, and four-year starter, for the Cobbers from 2003-06. An imposing presence for the Concordia defense, she helped CC win their first-ever MIAC regular season, and conference tournament championship in 2006. She also played on the first-ever team to earn a spot in the NCAA Tournament.

Betsy earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors in her junior season in 2005.

In addition to her duties at Concordia, Betsy also serves as an Assistant Coach for the Fargo Shanley girls' soccer program which won the North Dakota State High School Championship in 2012.
