2024 Cobber Athletics Hall of Fame Class Announced

Concordia Athletic Director Rachel Bergeson announced that six former student-athletes, which includes one long-time coach, will be inducted into the Cobber Athletics Hall of Fame this fall.

Concordia had five individuals earn NWCA Scholar All-Americans. Ty Bisek, Ayden Friese, Elijah Hunt, Kellen Schauer and Gabe Zierden all received the honor and helped the Cobbers finish in the Top 15 in the Team Scholar awards.

Concordia led No.1-ranked Augsburg after two matches, but then ran into eight straight Top 6-ranked wrestlers and lost 45-6. Ty Bisek picked up his 23rd win of the year when he posted a pin in the second period of his match at 133.
Fast Start Leads To Another Win Over The Dragons

Concordia did its best Noah Lyles impersonation as they sprinted out of the blocks, won the first four matches against MSU Moorhead and cruised to a 27-17 win at Alex Nemzek Fieldhouse. The Cobbers won six of the first seven dual bouts on the way to posting their 12th victory over the Dragons in the last 13 dual meets.
