Hans Solberg was hired before the 2020-21 season in a wave of young coach hires that brought a new dimension to the Concordia staff.

Cobber fans are very familiar with Hans Solberg. He was a mainstay for the Cobber offensive line for several seasons when he played for Concordia from 2016-19. Solberg was a 3-year starter for the Cobbers and was a team captain in 2019. He went on to earn MIAC All-Conference honors in his senior year as he helped the Cobbers finish second in the conference in rushing yards per game and fifth in total yards per game.

Solberg, who Is originally from Jordan, Minn., earned a degree In Mathematics from Concordia in 2020.
