Senior Salute - Kelsey Rajewsky

The Cobber "Senior Salute" series is a way to honor all the Concordia spring sports athletes who had their senior season come to an abrupt halt. We want to highlight one senior each day to thank them for all their hard work, dedication and Cobber spirit they have show over their careers in maroon and gold.

Cobber Senior Salute - Kelsey Rajewsky - Women's Track & Field

What is one of the top things you will miss about being a Cobber athlete?
The teammates. We practice year round with each other and you basically become family. I’ll miss our dinners in the dining service, the long bus rides, the 8 p.m. practice, all of it!

What is something you are going to miss about Concordia College – away from athletics?
I’m going to miss being a Cobber! I’ll always be a Cobber even after graduation, but I’ll miss being on campus and seeing my fellow classmates! You can’t walk through campus without seeing someone you know and I’m going to miss that feeling of community!

What is one of your favorite highlights/memories from your time playing athletics/being with your team?
My favorite memory of athletics is the week of outdoor MIAC conferences. It’s always a week after classes so you and your team just have practice for the day! It’s so relaxed, since you have no school to stress about!

What is one of your favorite memories from Concordia away from athletics?
My favorite memory of Concordia would be attending the Golden Cobbs! It’s such a fun event and I get to see all the amazing things my fellow athletes accomplished!

What are your post-graduation plans?
My plan, as of now, is to continue my education at MSU Moorhead next year. I am looking into a lot of different careers within the realm of athletics!
