Cobbers Can't Overcome 3rd-Quarter Shoooting Spree From St. Scholastica

DULUTH, Minn. (2/14/22)---Concordia led St. Scholastica 22-19 at the halftime break, but was done in by a near-perfect third quarter from the Saints and lost 57-53 in Duluth.

St. Scholastica (3-20, 3-18 MIAC) went 7-for-8 from the floor, 3-for-4 from outside the arc and 7-for-8 from the free throw line to outscore the Cobbers 24-18 and seize control of the game.

Concordia (7-14, 7-12 MIAC) was able to cut the deficit to two points on a pair of Jordyn Kahler made 3-pointers with 6:26 left in the fourth quarter, but then the Saints went on a 5-0 run to push the lead to seven points with 3:56 to play. CC would never get closer than three points in the final 3-minutes of the game.
