FARGO, N.D. (4/6/25)---Concordia capped off its 2025 home schedule by battling St. Benedict in the annual Senior Day Celebration.

Concordia was able to come away with a win in both doubles and singles play. The doubles duo of
Annalise Skrade and
Ava Lowman cut the St. Benedict deficit to 2-1 after the three doubles bouts with their 8-6 win at No.2 doubles.
The win was the first of the year for Skrade and Lowman, who have played all their matches at No.2 doubles.
First-year athlete
Emma Farder came through with the victory in singles play. She swapped 6-4 score lines in her first two sets at No.2 singles and then outlasted her opponent 10-4 in the super-set tie-breaker.
Farder's win was her team-leading fourth singles victory of the season. She is now 4-9 at the No.2 singles spot for the year.
The other closest match in singles play came at No.3 singles, where Skrade lost a heartbreaker in the super-set. Skrade claimed a 6-2 win in the opening set but then lost 6-0 in the second bout. Skrade and her opponent traded points throughout the entire tie-breaker. Unfortunately for Skrade her opponent was able to put together points at the end of the super-set and Skrade lost 10-8.
Concordia will conclude the 2025 season when they play at Hamline on Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m.
