Five Cobbers Earn Academic CSC All-District Honors
MOORHEAD, Minn. (11/25/24)---Concordia had five student-athletes earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors.
Seniors Emily Larsen (West Fargo, N.D.) and Hallie Thompson (Great Falls, Mont.), as well as juniors Darby Hannan (Bozeman, Mint.), Kylee James (Alexandria, Minn.) and Ella Shinn (Willmar, Minn.) were all named to the Academic All-District Team.
The CSC Academic All-District team is part of the CSC Academic All-America program. To be eligible student-athletes must be at least a sophomore with a grade-point average above 3.50 (4.0 scale), have played in at least 90 percent of the team's games throughout the season and have outstanding athletic credentials.
Academic All-District honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in early December.
The Division III Academic All-America program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure, to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the Division III Academic All-America teams' program.
