Kirchner Named To CSC Academic All-District Team
MOORHEAD, Minn. (6/30/24)---Lillie Kirchner (Sr., South St. Paul, Minn.) was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team.
To be eligible for Academic All-District recognition, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and have played in at least 50 percent of the team's competition throughout the season.
The at-large category consists of student-athletes who participated in men's and women's golf, men's and women's hockey, men's and women's gymnastics, men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's skiing and wrestling.
Kirchner led the Cobbers in scoring average during the 2023-24 season. She played in 11 rounds and had an 89.4 average. Kirchner also recorded the team's low round of the year when she fired an 80 in the first round of the St. Kate's Fall Invite.
Kirchner majored in Business Marketing and minored in Chemistry. She finished her time at Concordia with a 3.72 grade point average.
The Division III Academic All-America program is financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure, to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the Division III Academic All-America team's program.
