Despite being the dean of MIAC volleyball coaches, Mosser continues to field teams that win titles, earn playoff bids and compete at the national. This was very apparent in the 2011 season when Mosser guided the team to the MIAC regular season and tournament championships. The Cobbers went on to host the NCAA Regional Tournament for the first time in school history and advanced to the regional final for the second time in four seasons. Mosser went on to be named AVCA Central Region Coach of the Year for the second time in his career.

Concordia returned to national prominence in 2010. The Cobbers went 24-7 overall and earned a spot in the NCAA playoffs for the seventh time in eight seasons. Concordia also climbed back into the national rankings as they were ranked in the top 25 the entire season.

The Cobbers had another conference playoff season in 2009. Concordia earned a berth in the MIAC playoffs for the ninth consecutive season. CC also ran their streak of being ranked in the top 25 of the nation to 63 weeks - a record for any team in the history of the MIAC.

The 2008 season was one of the best in program as the Cobbers went all the way to the NCAA Regional final before losing. It marked the farthest any Concordia team had gone in the NCAA tournament. CC also won 22 matches in 2008 marking the sixth time in the past seven seasons that the Cobbers have won at least 20 matches in a year.

In 2007 Mosser led the Cobbers back to the NCAA Tournament for a fifth straight season. Concordia finished with a 17-9 overall record and was ranked in the top 25 of the nation for the entire season.

The 2006 campaign was a special season for the Cobbers as Mosser led the team to both the MIAC regular season championship and the conference tournament title. It was the first time in program history that Concordia had claimed the MIAC regular season crown. The playoff championship marked the third time in the past four years that the Cobbers had claimed the league's automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament. CC also participated in their fourth straight NCAA playoffs, the longest streak in Concordia athletics history. Concordia was also ranked in the top 25 of the nation for the entire season and finished the year by being ranked in the top 25 for 34 consecutive weeks. For his efforts Mosser was named the AVCA Region Coach of the Year. He also earned Tri-MIAC Coach of the Year honors.

In 2005, Mosser led Concordia to their third straight NCAA Tournament appearance. The Cobbers finished the year with a 21-5 record, marking the fifth straight year Mosser has helped the team to a 20-win season.

In 2004 and 2003 he helped Concordia win the MIAC Tournament Championship and a spot in the NCAA playoffs. During those seasons, Concordia compiled a 50-12 overall record, recorded a record-setting 19-match winning streak and attained a top 20 national ranking.

During the 2004 campaign, Mosser became the first coach in Concordia volleyball history to record 200 collegiate victories.

In 1996 season, Mosser guided the Cobbers to a second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and another 2nd place finish in the MIAC. The Cobbers were 25-11 in the 1996 regular season after posting a 27-8 record in 1995. In 1997 the Cobbers finished the MIAC regular season 8-3 and took third in the MIAC.
