MOORHEAD, Minn. (7/15/21)---Concordia swimming and diving head coach Anneliesse Bruns announced that the Cobber team will host its first-ever competitive swimming camp.
The Cobber Competitive Swim Camp will be held on Friday, Aug. 13 and run from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. The camp will feature instruction from Bruns and her staff as well as Concordia swimming athletes. The cost of the day-long camp is $75.

Cobber Competitive Swim Camp Details
When: Friday, August 13
Where: Concordia Pool
Time: Check in: 8:30 am, Camp 9:00 am- 4 pm
Who: Any swimmer ages 8-18 interested in competitive swimming and improving stroke technique. Should be a Level 4 equivalent swimmer or be able to swim length of the pool. No previous competitive swimming required but athletes interested in preparing for a HS season are also welcome!

Camp Includes: Lunch provided, each swimmer also receives a Cobber swim cap and camp picture
8:30 a.m. – Check In
9:00 a.m. – Swim Session I (stroke technique for free, back, plus turns)
11:00 a.m. – Breakout Session on Goal Setting
12:00 p.m. – Lunch and Group Picture
1:00 p.m. – Swim Session II (stroke technique for fly, breast, plus starts)
3:00 p.m. – Breakout Session on Mental Training
4:00 p.m. – Camp Ends
