A Long-Awaited Home Opener

MOORHEAD, Minn. (11/02/19)---Concordia returned to competition after a 2-week break and battled Minn.-Morris in the home-opening dual meet of the season.

The Cobbers had had three athletes earn individual event victories but it wasn't enough as they fell 149-69 to the Cougars.

The event wins came from freshman Kaitlin Cramer, sophomore Alexandra Rasmussen and junior Anna Backes.

Cramer claimed a victory in the first individual event of the afternoon. She swam a 11:59.49 in the 1000-yard freestyle and won the event by over 35 seconds.
