Bio

George Gauld is in his first season as assistant coach with the Cobber women's soccer team. Gauld brings a deep background in soccer and coaching to the Concordia staff. He is currently the head coach for the West Fargo High School girls' team which competes in the spring. He has served in that role for over five years.

Gauld graduated from the University of Jamestown with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Emphasis in Coaching. He also played for the Jimmie men's soccer team which enjoyed success during his four years. In 2012, Jamestown was ranked as high as No.8 in the country in NAIA and advanced to play in the national tournament. 

Gauld earned his master's degree in educational leadership from MSU Moorhead in 2021.   

Gauld is also involved with soccer in the community coaching at United Soccer Club Red River Valley. In addition to his coaching positions, Gauld also teachers Physical Education at Brooks Harbor Elementary School.
