Concordia To Add Indoor Performance Center For Golf

MOORHEAD, Minn. (10/14/21)---Cobber Director of Golf Operations Joe Christianson announced that Concordia will be adding a new indoor performance center for the men's and women's golf programs at the end of November.

The Cobber Golf Performance Center will be housed in an unused space in Olson Forum and will feature the latest simulator technology from Uneekor.

"I'm extremely excited to be able to provide our student-athletes with the latest technology in golf simulators and indoor practice equipment," Christianson said. "This will give our golfers the chance to train year-round and continue to improve even after the fall season finishes. I can't thank the people at Uneekor and Athletic Director Rachel Bergeson for going above and beyond to make this commitment to the programs happen. I would also like to thank the Cobber alumni whose generosity also made this addition possible."

The All-in Power QED Suite from Uneekor will have face on - and down the line - cameras, a QED Launch Monitor that'll provide 15-plus ball - and club - data points and a TGC2019 simulator software that will allow Cobber golfers to play over 150,000 courses.

Concordia student-athletes will be able to start using the new indoor performance center after the Thanksgiving break.
