Wolhowe Is All-MIAC HM x 2
MOORHEAD, Minn. (2/26/19)---For the second straight season Grace Wolhowe is Concordia's lone representative on the conference postseason honor list. Wolhowe earned her second straight MIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention award as voted on by the league coaches.
Kirstin Simmons was the team's selection to the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team.
Wolhowe was second on the team in scoring in MIAC games. She finished the year by averaging 10.3 points per game. She averaged 10.8 points per game in the Cobbers' 25 total games. Wolhowe, who was the one mainstay of the CC starting lineup, was the only Concordia player to start all 18 conference games as the Cobbers battled through injuries the entire season. She averaged a team-high 30.1 minutes per game in conference play.
Wolhowe also averaged 4.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per MIAC game. She led the team in assists and steals as she recorded 31 takeaways during the year.
Wolhowe's best game of the season, and her career, came in the team's second-to-last home game against St. Benedict. She finished the game by playing 39 minutes and scoring a career-high 27 points. She also had a career-high nine rebounds and dished out five assists.
Wolhowe finishes her three-year Cobber career with 729 points, 280 rebounds and 176 assists.
