Bio

Scott Carter was hired just before the start of the 2022 season. He brings a long history of softball coaching experience to the program. He will be in charge of outfielders and catchers for the Cobbers.

Prior to coming to Concordia, Carter was the head coach for the Fargo North softball program for five seasons from 2015-19. During that time he helped lead the Spartans to four consecutive North Dakota state tournament appearances, and helped turn the team into one of the premiere programs in the state. He was named the EDC Coach of the Year in 2017. 

Carter is a native of Lisbon, N.D.
