Bio

Logan Hebert joins the Cobber Softball Coaching Staff after an accomplished playing career and with valuable coaching experience at the college level.

Hebert played and pitched at LSU-Alexandria from 2011-2014 and in the circle she led the Generals to an NAIA Regional Championship and the programs first NAIA World Series appearance. For her accomplishments, Hebert was selected to the A.I.I. First Team All-Conference and NFCA All-Region teams and was an All Louisiana Honorable Mention selection.

After her playing career, Hebert became an Assistant Coach at her alma mater where she helped lead the team to a conference championship as well as a regional championship and to the quarterfinals of the NAIA World Series. Hebert then moved on to NCAA Division II Northwestern Oklahoma State and worked with the programs first Great American All Conference Pitcher of the Year.

Hebert then worked as an assistant at LSU-Eunice, an NJCAA program. While at LSU-E, Hebert was a part of a coaching staff that won a national championship in 2017 and was selected as the Regional and National Coaching Staff of the Year.  In 2018, LSU-E returned to the NJCAA World Series as a quarterfinalist.

Most recently, Hebert was the head coach of Alexandria Senior High School and the Marucci Patriots 14U Club team, leading the Patriots to the 2019 Southwest Summer National Championship.

Hebert will work primarily with the infield for the Cobbers as well as camps and private lessons.
