Bio
Andy Foss joined the Cobber coaching staff as an assistant in 2021. He has a succesful background in soccer in North Dakota. He grew up in Bismarck, graduated from Bismarck High and then returned to lead the Bismarck boys' team to the stat championship in 2019.
