Cobbers Finish 7th At MIAC Championship Meet.

NORTHFIELD, Minn. (10/30/21)----Concordia had its Top 5 runners finish within 48-seconds of one another and placed seventh at the MIAC Championship Meet held at St. Olaf.

Senior Isabel Fredrickson led the "pack" of Cobbers. She finished in 30th place with a time of 24:19.3. Fredrickson's place is a career best at the conference meet. She finished outside the Top 100 in 2018 and then climbed to 37th place in 2019.

Freshman Drew Frolek posted a Top 50 finish in her very first conference meet. She crossed the line in 24:44.6 which earned her the No.44 spot among 170 competitors.

Emily Rugloski, Eden Smith and Kaitlyn Rooney all finished within 12-seconds of one another and all three were in the Top 45 of scoring runners. Rugloski led the group with a time of 24:55.6 and was 41st in the scoring standings. Smith clocked a 25:02.4 in her very first MIAC meet and Rooney was close behind with a mark of 25:07.6 in her last conference meet.     
     
UP NEXT: Concordia will now set their sights on the NCAA North Region Meet. The Cobbers will compete in the regional on Saturday, Nov. 13 at the White Tail GC in Colfax, Wis.
