Quackenbush was also a part of the Indiana Wesleyan teams that won the Mid-Central College Conference tournament championship in 2011 and the Crossroads League regular season and postseason titles in 2012.

Quackenbush earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Sports Management from Indiana Wesleyan in 2013 and went on to complete her master's degree in Business Leadership from William Penn in 2016.

In addition to her recent coaching stint at William Penn, Quackenbush has also been heavily involved in the club volleyball scene. She coached for the Dunes Volleyball Club in Rolling Prairie, Ind. from 2013-14 and then went on to coach at the Iowa Rockets club in Iowa City, Iowa in 2015.
