The 2012 season marks the 11th year as head coach of the Cobbers for Dan Weiler. During that time he has taken a program that was in the bottom half of the MIAC and turned it into one of the top programs in the region and a consistent participant in the NCAA Tournament.

He has compiled an impressive 127-54-22 overall mark in his first 10 seasons and an even more robust 78-21-5 record in conference play.

Weiler continued his trend of leading the Cobbers to top tier finishes in 2011 when he guided Concordia to a 7-1-3 conference record, a trip to another MIAC tournament championship game and a spot in the NCAA Tournament. Weiler and the Cobbers won their first two NCAA  Tournament and then advanced to the Sweet 16 for the second time in three years. CC finished the year ranked 16th in the final NSCAA Division III national poll.

The 2009 campaign was a dream year for Weiler and the Cobbers as they went undefeated in the regular season and advanced all the way to the NCAA Sweet 16 - the farthest in the history of the program. Weiler was named the NSCAA Region Coach of the Year in 2009 and earned his third MIAC Coach of the Year award.

Concordia was perfect in the regular season in 2009 as they went 9-0-1 in MIAC play and 15-0-1 in overall games. They were ranked in the top 25 of the nation for most of the entire season and climbed to as high as eighth in the NSCAA regular season poll before finishing the year ranked 14th in the nation.

In 2007 he led the Cobbers to back-to-back MIAC regular season and playoff championship titles. Concordia also earned its second consecutive berth in the NCAA Tournament in 2007 and its fifth straight spot in the MIAC playoffs. The 2007 Cobbers set team records for most wins in a season (16) and most consecutive wins in a single season (12). For his efforts Weiler was named the MIAC Coach of the Year for the second time in the past five years.

In 2006, he guided Concordia to its first-ever MIAC regular season and playoff tournament titles. The Cobbers finished the season by competing in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history. CC ended the year with an outstanding 8-1-2 mark in the MIAC and a 12-6-3 overall mark.

Following the 2006 campaign, Concordia had made the conference playoffs for four straight seasons and compiled a gaudy 34-7-3 conference record during that stretch. In overall play, Weiler helped CC post a 41-23-5 mark.

The 2005 season saw the Cobbers make the MIAC tournament for the third straight season. The team finished with a 15-4-0 overall mark which set a school record for most wins in a season.

In 2004 he led the Cobbers to a runner-up finish in league play and then to a berth in the MIAC tournament championship game. The 2004 Concordia team set program records for most overall games won, most conference games won and highest conference finish. The Cobbers won their first-ever playoff game in 2004 and were at one time ranked in the top 10 of the region.

Before taking over as head coach of the women's team, he had been an assistant coach for both the men's and women's soccer programs at Concordia from 1999-2001.
