Bio

Luke Peterson returned to the Cobber coaching staff in the spring of 2018. Peterson was an assistant coach in charge of safeties after graduating from Concordia in 2014.

Peterson is now the defensive backs coach as well as the special teams coordinator

Peterson  played for Concordia from 2010-13 and earned MIAC All-Conference honors as a senior in 2013 when he was a team captain and was third on the team in total tackles.

After his playing days as a Cobber, Peterson returned for the 2014 season as an assistant coach. He then headed to the University of Mary where he was a graduate assistant for the 2015 season where he worked with the team's defensive ends. Peterson was then hired by Wisconsin-Stout to serve as an assistant coach in charge of linebackers for the 2016-17 campaigns. During his time at Stout, the Blue Devils beat No.4-ranked St. Thomas at the start of the 2017 season.  

Luke lives in Fargo with his with Baylie.
